Pricing Strutures:
We take pride in providing “reasonable” rates with fair, ethical business practices.
Estimates:
- Design estimates and proposals are treated as projects which follow the KTS 5 step technique:1. Set up initial visit after phone conversation. During the initial visit, the customer defines and expresses his or her exact desires or concerns. They are then summarized.
2. KTS will present some solutions and ideas informally during the visit to reach the “best possible solution or design”
3. After step 2, we provide a detailed project plan of what must be done…by who and how..with costs and scheduling.
4. KTS will begin to execute the the plan and monitor milestones, deadlines, performance, and obstacles.
5. We complete the project with hands-on, close interaction customer training along with an accomplishment summary.

Notes:
- Labor estimate calculations for specific tasks are based upon our database of labor time averages.
- The base price for certified and degreed field engineers or technicians in a residential environment is $97per hour.
- Phone, Fax, or Email estimates are free of charge.
- Extensive on-site estimates are free. (other companies will provide quotes without even analyzing the location…how do they do that?? :-)
